Once I selected the car of my choice, the buying experience was fast and simple. I received an upfront, fair and reasonable price right from the start. No haggling, hassles or back and forth with a manager. Shawn offered me a used car warranty at a very affordable price which gives me additional piece of mind. They also offer a warranty on used vehicles which is nice. Shawn was very professional and went out of his way for me as soon as he picked up my call. I asked about how the undercarriage looked, and he crawled under the vehicle within 5 minutes and sent me 20 pictures to show how little rust there was. Went out of his way to take pics of what little rust there was, as to not hide or mis lead me. He also picked me up from the airport, as I flew from northern VT to look at the car. Talking with him I was assured that the car was as good as he said it was, enough to take the trip without worrying. No smokescreens with Shawn. Great guy, and very pleased with my new car. More

They were upfront about everything, extremely pleasant to do business with and there was no painful, hours and hours of back and forth negotiating to sit through. All of their fees and warranties are straight forward and fair. They provide you with the vehicle's AutoCheck (like CarFax). They even let you take the car to a personal mechanic and sit with you to go over any unresolved issues or worries you have about the vehicle. Thanks again! More
