I was filled with anxiety at the prospect of buying a car (after the transmission went for the 2nd time on my Lexus that I’ve had for over 10 years- 3 I was filled with anxiety at the prospect of buying a car (after the transmission went for the 2nd time on my Lexus that I’ve had for over 10 years- 3 weeks ago) but Shawn made this buying experience an absolute pleasure. There are not enough descriptive words to truly paint the picture of how wonderful he was with me. He was busy with another customer (good for Shawn!) while I was browsing but made sure to keep coming outside to check on me and ask if I wanted coffee! I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Rogue! From the moment I started working with Shawn and the entire team at Arrow, I knew I was in good hands. Shawn listened carefully to my needs, my “wishes” vs “wants” in a car, and my budget. After narrowing it down to a few cars that met my criteria, I chose one and had the opportunity to take it to my mechanic to make sure all is well with the car. After his seal of approval I went back to Shawn, excited to work out the final details. Easy conversation reviewing price and options. In short, I was a happy and satisfied customer. Shawn also had made all the paperwork streamlined and effortless. I cannot say enough what a positive experience it was.
