They charged too much for an oil change and then wanted 3% more to pay with a credit card. Then I found out my oil change should have been free as it was included with my purchase. Multiple times I was told about the presale inspection that was done on the car. I bought it at night and did not see the two gashes in the sidewall of the front tire.
