The service center failed to fix issue, they gave me the car back worse than before I dropped it off. The part they replaced was damaged and started causing other issues but they told me it was done and fix car back worse than before I dropped it off. Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Operator said I needed an update but just go to the Express service bay. There is no open express service bay @ the dealership. 5+ hours for a softw Operator said I needed an update but just go to the Express service bay. No return calls, no return texts when I checked twice on the status of the service. My car lost preset settings. I was promised 2 Uber rides. 1 to bring me home and 1 to pick up the car after service. Second one didn't show. Couldn't find a ride on short notice so cost me $24 to pick up my car. Didn’t have proper tool to remove lug nuts so my tires were not rotated. Never had that problem at our dealership in Mich. The tool is in the glove box.
