Let me first say Josh at the service desk was great and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Apparently the tech who worked on my vehicle never balanced or improperly balanced the brand new tires. 2 hours into our trip we had to make arrangements to.find an auto.repair place to fix the issue due to the jeep shaking and vibrating so badly.
