Been driving around with a cracked windshield for over a month now. It's been like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to my inquiries on an approval for repair from Dodge. You are lucky to get a person month now. It's been like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to my inquiries on an approval for repair from Dodge. You are lucky to get a person on the phone at all when you call Arrigo Dodge, 90% of the time I got a automated system saying that everyone was too busy to talk with me. Then when I did get through to a person, it was only the answering service that covers several dealerships and they say they will forward my callback request, but I never hear back from anyone. I even contacted the General Manager of the dealership via the contact form on their website, never got a call back like I requested, or even an acknowledgment. Nothing. Left high and dry. Once you sign that paperwork to buy a vehicle, might as well go somewhere else for service is how I feel at this point. Not to mention that when I purchased the Dodge Challenger from them, it was missing a part and they would not step in to do anything about it. I had to contact Dodge Customer Care myself and start a long process to get approval to get reimbursed for said part after I BOUGHT IT MYSELF. I can't believe the kind of nonsense I've had to deal with as a CUSTOMER. I'm about over it to be honest. Next time, buy anything but Dodge. More
My appointment was set up for 9:00 on 16 Jan 2025. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45. My vehicle was not even looked at until 9:00 the next day It took 24 hours to get my vehicle into the shop after I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45. My vehicle was not even looked at until 9:00 the next day It took 24 hours to get my vehicle into the shop after my secluded appointment time. I received no updates / calls on the status of my vehicle. When repaired I was shocked, $345.00 to repair a cramped wire, it wasn't Brain Surgery. Highly disappointed 😞 in this dealership. More
