First off I dropped my car off for a body repair due to a accident and was never informed until 3-5 days later that you guys don’t even due body work then I got a phone call from the guy who does you repairs accident and was never informed until 3-5 days later that you guys don’t even due body work then I got a phone call from the guy who does you repairs. The repairs weren’t even completed I’m now two weeks later without the chrome piece needed and today just noticed the whole rear quarter panel is completely lose and the under part of the rear bumper was not ever fixed. Absolutely unexpected to one never inform that you guys subcontract the work out and what a horrible repair job completely embarrassing. More
My service advisor was nice when I first got there. After they looked at my car, I was told that nothing was wrong with my car, even though it’s still making the same sound. When I went to go pick up my car, two different employees completely ignored me and addressed the people behind me first. I didn’t feel valued and feel like it was a complete waste of time. I will make the longer drive to Stuart next time. More
Walked into Arrigo Dealership in Ft Pierce hoping to trade in my 2017 Honda Accord. I didn’t think it was possible because my credit is not all that great and I wasn’t putting much money down. This dealership has been the worst experience I have ever even heard of much less experienced. After taking over a month to fix my vehicle. Constantly lied to, told that a rental is not covered under warranty but actually is, new service manager constantly lies and treats you like the enemy. Had a TPMS simple issue that took over 3 weeks to under warranty but actually is, new service manager constantly lies and treats you like the enemy. Had a TPMS simple issue that took over 3 weeks to fix and several visits until finally they replaced the sensors, but then I had to go back because they did not rebalance the tires. Several years ago, they stripped out a brake caliper bracket when performing a brake job that I was paying for and then demanded that I pay for the part they broke. Unreal! I drive 25 miles to this dealership only because Wallace is Stuart is so much worse (left several parts off vehicle on numerous visits). More

My son had an appointment for an oil change. 3 1/2 hours later his truck hadn’t been touched. He took his keys and left with no explanation as to why it was just sitting there. Went in for an oil change and ended up having to have my driver's side door replaced - THEY KNOCKED IT OFF THE VEHICLE!?!?!? Arrigo Dodge is HORRIFIC in EVERY WAY! WOMEN SHOULD AVOID ARRIGO! In fact, I will drive ANYWHERE to buy from ANYONE other than Arrigo. In 2015 I bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlmtd. and five years later it only has 26k miles on it. It has been serviced and taken care of meticulously... In the beginning of August 2020, I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the fluids checked. About 4 hours later, I was told that rather than the $180 I was originally quoted, it would cost $680 due to a "sensor light indicating no ABS brakes and a need for new rear brakes" (neither was true). When I arrived at the dealership with my husband, we were shown to the service bays where we were shown that my driver's side door had been demolished and we were asked for our insurance information. My husband refused to provide the information and he demanded that all of the work "required" be provided at no charge. We were given a rental car and told that my Jeep would be ready on Friday but Arrigo would be in touch. The following Monday, we had heard NOTHING from Arrigo (7 days later) then Wednesday when we arrived to pick up the Jeep we were lied to again and told that the door was new (as we demanded), it was not! The Service Department is deplorable. The Sales people NEVER come out of the A/C - this dealership is an abomination! More
Absolutely ruined my Jeep they forgot to put the oil filter gasket on. Oil leaked all over the entire way home. Back sprayed all over my soft top rear window. Distorted the plastic.
