Excessive Charge After returning my leased car (Chrysler 300s) 3 months earlier than scheduled, I received an invoice from Crysler Capital finance listing a charge of After returning my leased car (Chrysler 300s) 3 months earlier than scheduled, I received an invoice from Crysler Capital finance listing a charge of $1000 to replace tires that were still under warrantee. Tires had only 38000 miles. When I called and spoke to the finance department, they said the tires did not meet their "spec" which is not detailed in any of the documents or lease agreement I received. When I asked where that spec is in the lease agreement, their response was that the lease is available on line and that the car should be returned in its original condition minus normal wear and tear. During my regular maintenance visits, I was never told the tires were worn even when the car was inspected at the time I turned it in. Most unhelpful conversation I ever had with a so called professional organization. So going on record, I will pay the disposition fee and for the extra miles but I am disputing the $1000 unsupported charge and will never consider a crysler ever again. A.Kaboudan. More
Still Waiting I made an appointment several days in advance and took my car in at 9:30 am. That afternoon the service department called and said the car would not be ready that day. The next day they called and said they needed to replace the battery before they could diagnose my car. This meant my car sat for 24 hours before they even began working. They said the diagnostic equipment would not work with the current battery status. Personally, I do not believe the battery was bad and that their equipment would not work with the current battery. The battery was less than two years old and had been checked and verified ok less than one week previous. Since I think the needed work will be covered by my Chrysler warranty, I felt that I had no choice but to have the battery changed. More

The not tolds Salesman I bought my 2015 Chrysler town and country did know much about the van at all. Bought the van new with 9 miles on it out of the showroom. Would have been a great thing to let you know at purchase. Instead I found out miles from home and in the rain when I tried to change the tire. When I called the dealer they said this was normal and offered to sell me a spare tire kit. Also engine has under 20000 miles on it and rattles at start up. Dealer service department said this was normal. But I assure you they do not make that noise when they are on the lot. A valve train problem that will make it out of the factory warranty and I will be stuck with a expensive repair on a expensive vehicle. Was easy to make a deal with them for purchase. But will not go back to purchase any Chrysler or dodge vehicle. Also went on their web site and had a live chat was told the service manager would call or email me. Still waiting on the call. More

Service Department lack of Service manners I have used this dealer several times since I purchased a Chrysler Vehicle. However every single time the service has been worse and worse. The last time I entered the service department and not only the serviceman was giving he's back to me, but kept me standing there for about 10 minutes without saying "hi" or "I will be with you in a minute. He just finished the "proposal" or something and then turn around and talk to me with such an attitude that I was ready to punch him in the nose! Guys you are making money for every job you sell, so treat customers with respect or get out of the service department. Of the the like 10 times I went there, NONE , read carefully NONE they have my warranty on file, They have to search for it and that's because I fought for it otherwise they will have charge me an arm and a leg! Which is worse many times they try to force me to pay without considering my warranty. Many times they forgot to do RECALL to my car while they have it on the shop. So overall , CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! By the way, 1 start its even too much, They should have an option to have MINUS STARS! More
