Service nightmare I have been dealing with Arrigo for several years, even bought several vehicles from them. In other words, a loyal repeat customer This time howev I have been dealing with Arrigo for several years, even bought several vehicles from them. In other words, a loyal repeat customer This time however, I am extremely upset with their service department. 5 weeks ago I took in my truck for a minor repair. The service manager advised to flush the brake system and replace the brakes. I had them do that. It took them 2 weeks to get to it. When my wife picked it up, she drove it for 5-6 miles, and clouds of smoke erupted from the rear brakes. It was so bad, the truck had to be towed in. 2 weeks after the incident, I was told the rear calipers were stuck. Note that this problem did not exist prior to me taking the truck in. I told them to go ahead and replace the calipers. Its now a week later (total of 5 weeks since dropping the truck off) and the work still has not been done. The service advisor certainly does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling as to when this work will be completed either. Lots of excuses. He did say a week ago that the parts were in stock. In the years I have been dealing with Arrigo, I have never come across such lousy service. Maybe time to change dealers grrrrrrrrrrrrrr More

Now my van is there again, it was supposed to be serviced this morning. They never bothered to contacted me to let me know it won’t be done. It’s Saturday and I won’t have means of transportation until, I have no idea. They could have at least given me the courtesy of a loner car until Arrigo Dealership service department fixed the problem once and for all. Now I may not be able to get to work. Which means lost wages that this dealship in my opinion should compensate me for. More

I have been at Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce over 1 hour and still have not seen one car go in for service however there are 7 empty Bays. Maybe they need more mechanics. More

I bought a Fiat in June and a light came on and it needed an oil change. I had a scheduled appointment at 0930, At 12:30 my car is still up on lift, no one under it or working on it and when asked for a time frame I am told they do not have one. This is 3 hours for a simple oil change and sensor check. To add to the dilemma we involve management and the car is given to us immediately, while we are driving home the lights and sensors go off for flat tire. The care is taken to Total Tire to find the tires were rotated and sensors not reset with tire pressures at 25 on three tires and 23 on the third. The car is under warranty and I bought a service plan so I can not take it to a responsible service company at this point. I will be looking for another service team and possibly another car if this is what is expected from Dodge. More

3 trips for 1 problem. Terrible Service Advisor Over 18 months three times we were told it's the battery. Three times we were told every electronic system was tested and were ok but the ABS, anti sk Over 18 months three times we were told it's the battery. Three times we were told every electronic system was tested and were ok but the ABS, anti skid sensor and other systems lights would come on. This would happen while driving and the car would shut down cruise control. The car wouldn't start in Park but would in Reverse or Drive. . Last Saturday on the fourth trip in they replaced the Range Sensor which earlier in the week the service manager diagnosed over the phone. My wife's Service Advisor was worse than One Star. He did not return multiple calls. He refused to answer my wife's question on several occasions. He just ignored it. He tried to stop my wife from speaking with the actual technician. However, when she did speak with him, she asked the same question to him that the Service Advisor refused to answer and he said no one had asked him that question. The bill presented by the Service Advisor was more than the Service Manager had quoted and the Advisor refused to change the bill turning his back on her at the financial office window walking away. He said the cost was already discounted but he was not telling truth. To be polite he made that statement up. Only when a lady from the financial office went to his desk and told him to change the bill, did he change it to the quoted price by the Service Manager. I was out of town and I have to admit to have someone diss my wife this way really upsets me. It's bad enough to have to go to the dealership four times for the same problem but Service Advisor was not only incompetent but he was a rude. More

I have had only one good experience in the service dept since purchasing the car and that was with Lisa last April. She is no longer there. Why make an appointment for anything when you sit waiting while others drive in and out with NO appointment. Cannot get a question answered on the phone unless you drive in there and have them plug in your car for diagnostic testing which will cost $95 up front. Asked them to check tire pressures when rotating tires and mine should be at 33, when I looked they were all above 45! I live 7.4 miles from there and one courtesy trip home took 1hr 45 min, are you kidding. Won't name names, what would be the point. This is my 5th Jeep, 1st from this dealer ship and I have never experienced anything like this for service. Sales dept seems fine but not the service dept.....take it somewhere else. More

After our questions were answered and we paid the amount owed, we informed him that the car was not out front. He told us that he would bring the car out front for us. 20 minutes had passed and no vehicle. We had returned back to the service area and found Alex was helping another female customer. We stood close by and waited for him to finish. As he walked her out the door, he looked at both of us and said he would be with us in just a moment. No recognition or acknowledgement that we had returned. When he came back he asked us 'how can I help you'. Once we reminded him of who we were and why we were there, he stated 'that's why I have these keys' before apologizing and leaving to obtain my car. I work nights as a RN and was in need of sleep and my vehicle as well. What should've been a quick visit to settle the shop bill was held up because he placed the importance of amother female customer above mine. This wouldn't have been such an issue if he didn't state that he would retrieve my car for me. Apparently my lack of sleep and makeup impeded his need for prompt service. As a result of this visit, I will be hard pressed to return to this dealership for any reason or future issues. More
