Sometimes the service takes a little while longer than I’d like, but they always do a great job! I don’t trust bringing my truck to anyone else. Very friendly and customer service oriented. 1) There is a light on the dashboard saying to Service 4wd. That should have been solved before I came to pick it up. 2) Last time I had service a couple of weeks ago, the tires were rotated. When tires are rotated, the correct air pressure should be in the tires. Of course I had to take care of that myself. 3) Service Advisor Dan was over whelmed but acknowledged me. Another service person helped out so that was great. I did not get second advisors name but both service advisors were very helpful in getting my paperwork closed out and on the road. More

The car I requested was not brought to the dealership. Then I was told it could not be brought to the dealership. I found another vehicle at a third Arrigo dealership then was told if I did purchase then Then I was told it could not be brought to the dealership.
