I have been working with Dan for the last several weeks, trying to prepare my vehicle to be brought in to have my exhaust manifold replaced. Once I arrive to the dealership, then promptly had my paperwork d trying to prepare my vehicle to be brought in to have my exhaust manifold replaced. Once I arrive to the dealership, then promptly had my paperwork drawn up and and had a gentleman take me down to enterprise in order to pick up a rental car. Dan stayed in constant contact with me during the repair of my vehicle to keep me updated as the process went along. Once the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Dan called me and had a time scheduled for me to come in and do the pick up. Once I arrived at the service area paperwork was completed, I made the payment and was out of the dealership within 15 minutes. I am highly impressed with the manner of service in which I am given each time I come in to the dealership and deal with Dan. More

These guys are like vultures sitting in the walkway playing on their phones just waiting for someone to pull in, Mitchell was awesome in every way. He respected my boundaries and gave me space, however, Dan on the other hand, when I told him I only wanted to look at the car and wait on credit check he got very pushy and demanding to the point if he didn't walk away we would have left without looking further, no respect for boundaries, when someone says no it does not mean push it 3 more times!!! Car was supposedly 'detailed' however there's is literal real life boogers still stuck to the dash, someone else's body haora attached to the visor, and sticky stuff on the backseat, detailing job was 100% not done. I was forced to buy a $3000 package of arrigo advantage the I will NEVER use as I do not live in the area and will never return to take advantage of this, once I explained this I was told I had no choice but to purchase it because they can't take the wax off the car (THAT SO OBVIOUSLY NEVER GOT DONE AS THE CAR IS STILL FILTHY) More
