Hello, I hope this reaches the appropriate person in charge, service manager please. My name is Dawn Dickinson and I brought my 2021 tundra to your service center at 854am and Talynn greeted me and w charge, service manager please. My name is Dawn Dickinson and I brought my 2021 tundra to your service center at 854am and Talynn greeted me and was very helpful. I had one oil change left on my plan and only had to pay for a tire rotation. She said it would be only an hour and a half, and I said that was perfect because I had to be at work by noon. Hour and half comes and goes and I check back with her and she said 15 more minutes. 40 min now pass and she sees me up front pacing and was very helpful to go back and check again. Upon returning, she said it’s on its way up and I ask to pay to speed things up and she said no problem, don’t worry about paying. I said are you sure, I have the tire rotation and she said no it’s ok, you don’t owe anything. I thank her once again for not charging, here I thought cus of the delay. Still proceed to wait and by now it’s 1230 , pass the time I needed to be out. I ask her how much longer cus I need to schedule a ride now and she said it’s coming out it’s in the wash. I told her I don’t need a wash, it got washed yesterday, I just need my truck. Got the video from service rep saying oil change and tire rotation completed. Got my truck and left. Come home and my husband looks at my tires and sees that they ARE NOT ROTATED!!! I understand I did not pay for rotation that it was on the house for the delay. But come to find out it’s on the house because I was LIED TO that it was done when it was not. Whether Talynn knew and didn’t have the heart to tell me, but your service rep saying in the video IT WAS COMPLETED and it was never done is completely unacceptable!! How many jobs are supposedly done to other customers and they have no one to look out for them like my husband did and check for them. How many customers are paying for services that aren’t really done!!!??? This sounds like a news story recently done about things like this that go on in auto shops. I am very annoyed at my service, not so much the delay but being told a service was done and it wasn’t!!! You should be ashamed of your employee and follow up on him to make sure other customers are not getting ripped off. I will not be returning and I will be spreading the awareness to others about fully checking services are actually completed at your service center! See attached picture and video. I brought my truck in recently for routine scheduled maintenance (oil change). The time quoted was 90 minutes. The job was finished in roughly 90 minutes as promised but my service advisor decided to maintenance (oil change). The time quoted was 90 minutes. The job was finished in roughly 90 minutes as promised but my service advisor decided to leave in the middle of the appointment. Maybe for lunch? And apparently didn’t notify anyone that he was leaving. Luckily I was waiting around near his desk when one of the service technicians dropped off my paperwork and key and I grabbed them right away or who knows how long I would have waited. I had to find another person to finish the paperwork and take my payment so I could leave. When I got home I realized that there were grease smudges all over the front passenger side of my truck. It appeared that the technician(s) didn’t bother to use fender guards while working on my new truck nor did they bother to clean up after themselves even though I was charged $24.58 for shop supplies. I guess that must be a xx charge because I can’t imagine what supplies were actually used. Certainly no rags or cleaning supplies. Not at all what I was expecting for paying $245 for an oil change. Very disappointed. More
My car was in for service and I waited for it while it the service was completed. It was found that parts were needed to be replaced for my windshield cleaner. Talynn Brack ( my service manager) did a fan the service was completed. It was found that parts were needed to be replaced for my windshield cleaner. Talynn Brack ( my service manager) did a fantastic job getting it covered by my extended warranty. The parts were in in a few days and when I bought the car back, the service department had me in and out rather quickly. Talynn help make the experience quick and efficient. More
