Purchased a certified preowned and traded in a perfectly operating vehicle. Within a week and less than driving 50 miles my “certified preowned vehicle” is misfiring and flashing engine light. So I was told operating vehicle. Within a week and less than driving 50 miles my “certified preowned vehicle” is misfiring and flashing engine light. So I was told to come by the dealer to have it checked out, only to find that I have to leave my vehicle for a few days to be diagnosed. No loaner or rental vehicle was offered, only a Uber ride home. I am still waiting to hear from a sales manager without any returned calls. Very disappointed in Arrigo and the way the business is being ran now. Especially as a returning customer of many years. More
