AMAZING!! WONDERFUL!!! I have been looking for a car for over a year so I can commute to school. I finally decided to check Arrigo Ft. Pierce because they have tv and radio I have been looking for a car for over a year so I can commute to school. I finally decided to check Arrigo Ft. Pierce because they have tv and radio commercials on like every 5 seconds. I finally go to the website and I found a couple really nice car. Long story short about two weeks later I have now just signed all the papers for my new 2011 kia, only for $9800 (tax and tag included in this) I also managed to get their full warranty for my car, tire coverage, and gap insurance, and I only have to pay $150 a month!!!! For a college kid with no credit (i have a cosigner) this is the luckiest deal I could have ever wished to get. Jeff Adler was my dealer and I plan to recomend everyone to him because he even came in on his day off for me today. Mindy Onder in the finance office was also amazing in helping me make the decisions with my finances on how much to put down and what not. I really got lucky here, everyone should at LEAST try to go to Arrigo when car searching. Make sure to ask for Jeff!!! More

This time I called ahead and asked to have a Wrangler 'Expert" be there when I arrived. Jeff Adler, Treasure Coast's Best Kept Secret, was waiting for me at the door. Within 1 minute of talking with Jeff, I knew that I would be buying my 2016 Wrangler from him and only him. He was the 'Expert' I was seeking to answer all my questions that up until then no other salesman knew the answers. I ordered the Jeep just 3 days later and it only took 7 weeks to arrive. Service Department lack of Service manners I have used this dealer several times since I purchased a Chrysler Vehicle. However every single time the service has been worse and worse. The last time I entered the service department and not only the serviceman was giving he's back to me, but kept me standing there for about 10 minutes without saying "hi" or "I will be with you in a minute. He just finished the "proposal" or something and then turn around and talk to me with such an attitude that I was ready to punch him in the nose! Guys you are making money for every job you sell, so treat customers with respect or get out of the service department. Of the the like 10 times I went there, NONE , read carefully NONE they have my warranty on file, They have to search for it and that's because I fought for it otherwise they will have charge me an arm and a leg! Which is worse many times they try to force me to pay without considering my warranty. Many times they forgot to do RECALL to my car while they have it on the shop. So overall , CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! By the way, 1 start its even too much, They should have an option to have MINUS STARS! More
