After months of research and looking up prices, I found that Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce had the R/T. I was looking at other local dealerships, but their prices were sky-rocketing through the roof. Luckily I stumbled across Arrigo, they had the lowest price in entire South & Central Florida. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Outstanding sales experience I have not purchased a new car in many years, last new car I purchased was in 2005. I have had difficulty in the past with sales consultants who were I have not purchased a new car in many years, last new car I purchased was in 2005. I have had difficulty in the past with sales consultants who were to pushy. I was able to park my car when I arrived and not had to deal with pushy sales people as I exited my car. I was able to walk around peacefully to browse the new vehicles on the lot. A salesman approached me asking politely if I needed assistance, I asked a few questions and was given answers that I needed to help me purchase the proper vehicle. I was then invited inside to discuss the selection of vehicle. I explained my budget and this salesman who was not pushy but very knowledgeable assisted me with the proper vehicle and options. We took a test drive and I loved the car. I asked for specific colors, I gave the salesman 2 colors that I must have, he provided me with both colors and I made the decision. The price of the vehicle was very good, they gave me a very honest price for this vehicle, no games on trade and once in the finance department I was given my finance terms, they asked how long did I want to finance which is not what has happened to me in the past. I decided to go on a shorter term to pay off my vehicle quicker. My interest rates were better than had I went to my own financial institution by 1 percent. My finance officer was a woman named Mindy, she was very knowledgeable with every aspect of my financing. Very polite and cordial, very pleased to deal with her. My salesman Sal was very easy going and polite, from greeting me to delivering my new Chrysler 200. I would recommend this dealership.. I also want to thank the General manager Joseph Tuffo who also went out of his way to Thank Me for purchasing my new vehicle. More

Went twice, first day found 2 vehicles I was interested in got the info for both to review with my spouse. Went the next morning (2nd visit) to take a closer look and hopefully make a purchase. Already had financing (preapproved through my out of state credit union) when we arrived we viewed both vehicles, selected “the one” and took it for a test drive. At the point we decided to see if we could work a deal I advised of my preapproved financing through my out of state credit union. Sometime later we arrived at an agreeable price but were then advised Arrigo doesn’t accept out of state credit union financing. However, they would be happy to find me financing through their lenders. SERIOUSLY!!! I could have been told that at the beginning of the process and saved myself a couple of hours! Seems like a scam to me – looking to manipulate the numbers through financing to get themselves a better deal. Definitely will NEVER go here again! More
