Arrigo Fort Pierce gained a customer for life. Never in all of my years, have I had a more enjoyable experience at a dealership. My main purpose for visiting Arrigo Ft.Pierce was for a Business veh Never in all of my years, have I had a more enjoyable experience at a dealership. My main purpose for visiting Arrigo Ft.Pierce was for a Business vehicle, we needed an extra vehicle for deliveries and a great cash price. After walking the lot with (sorry forgot his name) and not really finding anything in the size we needed, our initial salesman was interested enough to hand us over to Ed shepherd in business sales. Well right away Ed was a very pleasant man, and was very interested in finding us the perfect fit, at a price we needed. There was really no major negotiating, we gave Ed the price we needed and he ran it until it worked. The 2016 Promaster City is perfect. Great price,excellent sales members, overall my best experience ever at a dealership. I know that there were a number of players involved in my vehicle purchase, and I'm sorry that I'm bad with names. But to everyone at Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce, Thank You. And Thank You Ed Shepherd for the excellent customer service. Our entire household have always been ford people from way back when, but the sheer amount of time everyone at Arrigo Dodge, the willingness to go above and beyond to make the customer happy, the respect that was given by all sales members. Has changed this household, mainly because there is no pressure at Arrigo to buy, they just want to see you get into what ever vehicle you need or want and they take the time to make sure you are satisfied. That's what makes a dealership. Sadly I visited other local dealers and I felt like I was interrupting them for even asking questions (yeah the blue Oval down the street). IT WAS THE BEST 15 EXTRA MILES THAT I EVER DROVE...WHY ? I was Interested in a Ram 1500 Ego diesel Pick -up .I saw one on the lot that I really liked. I took a Test Drive, Now I really liked it More. Started talking Price.the young Salesman David Johnson was very nice, But he had to get approval from the Manager about lowering the price. So Manager Rodney Jones stepped in and was working " A DEAL " for me. AND Here is the BEST PART , The General Manager Joseph Tufo Approached me to tell me that The Pick up truck that I was looking at Had a Price on the Internet that was UN-BEATABLE........Mr. Tufo was Correct . He remembered me and what I wanted. There I found my truck! Jeff knew everything about every vehicle and when I bought the truck, taught me how to use the electronics and again, was very patient with me. Jeff is very personable and caring. Not so happy Went to Arrigo in Fort Pierce to purchase a Jeep Cherokee and met with sells person Jim (LT). very friendly and courteous . We sat down and made a de Went to Arrigo in Fort Pierce to purchase a Jeep Cherokee and met with sells person Jim (LT). very friendly and courteous . We sat down and made a deal on our trade in as to an exact amount with no extra charges (no dealer fees or any unknown charges). Even told LT. that I wanted no extra warranty or anything. So we go to the finance person and here is where it got interesting. After finance person Dennis Cochrane spoke about who would be financing and interest rate on the loan it went on to all the eight options of extra warranty deals they offer. As I had already told the sales person I explained to Dennis that I wanted no extra anything. So he offered another deal that consisted of option eight the less of them all for four dollars more a month with no tire option. So I did agree to that. Now comes the time to sign papers. Papers were printed off and laid on top of each other as to only the place for a signature was seen. (this was later figured out that two extra warranties were added. Have copies of both.) Did not discover this that night. What I did discover was on line six of the loan contract the amount shown borrowed was not what was agreed upon. (I paid all license and sales tax there in cash which I received no receipt that night.) Now when seeing this amount I questioned this to him and his reply was and I quote (with all the rebates and other discounts line six of the loan should not be looked at.) This was a difference of 1,420.00 above the agreed amount. Oh have to mention that a dealer fee was attempted even after our agreement of not being charged one. With time coming close to 11:00 pm we took his word and left. The very next morning I reviewed all the paperwork and discovered what had happened. I was charged for two extra warranties and was being charged 4.00 more a month for a third one. No copy of the warranty that cost 4.00 more a month. As a matter of fact no explanation or paperwork of these were ever given. A meeting was set up with management and Dennis. Well to my surprise when I arrived for the meeting Dennis had already made a new loan out and ready to be signed. Upon leaving this dealership no explanation has ever been given as to why I was charged for items that was specifically noted I did not want. Note: I did receive a receipt for the cash money that day. As of this day an attempt to actually talk to someone in upper management about why we were charged has led to no avail. More

Our salesman, Steve Shaffer, was awesome from the start! He explained all the features of the car even before we went on a test-drive (something no other salesman had ever done before.) He was honest and up-front from the get-go. He really exceeded our expectations. Then, we met with the finance manager, Dennis Cochrane, who worked so hard to insure we got the best rates and the best deal for our family's needs. He explained everything with the utmost patience and sincerity! His expertise on finance was very apparent and impressive. He was terrific! The sales manager, Frank Barletta, even came over to shake our hand and extend a most sincere appreciation for visiting the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! My family and I are now life-long Arrigo Ft. Pierce customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More
