I used to sell cars and I believe am experienced in the process. I set up financing on my own and the desk got me a better deal than I set up I am very pleased with the whole buying process I went through. It was a rough start with the first advisor due to poor communication, but the Service Manager Raul stepped in and made everything right. He took care of me and was patient and kind even when I was angry a communication, but the Service Manager Raul stepped in and made everything right.
