worst customer service ever! 21 days, (April 8, 2020 - April 29, 2020) 6 different Arrigo Automotive Group employees & still no reply to my inquiry of purchasing a new 2020 Ram Li 21 days, (April 8, 2020 - April 29, 2020) 6 different Arrigo Automotive Group employees & still no reply to my inquiry of purchasing a new 2020 Ram Limited 4X4. Asked for a complete comprehensive price quote, sent them info & photos of my 1-owner 2016 Ram Laramie 4X4 trade-in to help with the quote, along with all required personal info. Have even had brief contact with an Internet Sales Manager (Rod) & the General Manager (Joe). They each promising they'd correct the horrible customer service I've gotten....still nothing! I'd give Jim & John Arrigo's dealership no star rating if possible! Their talk is cheap, actions speak louder than words! I've seen no positive action from Arrigo. More

5 Star Purchase Experience, bought newHellcat Challenger I went to Arrigo Ft Pierce from Hobe Sound to look at a new Hellcat Redeye Widebody. I was greeted by Joel Tamez. He immediately offered a cold bottle of water on a 90 degree day. The Car I wanted was on the showroom floor. He offered to pull it out for me to see outside. I bought the car and love it. I buy multiple vehicles every year, this was the first one at Arrigo, and won’t be the last. Every one I dealt with, Joel, sales managers Anthony, Edwin, Todd in finance, were all friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I GIVE THE DEALERSHIP AND EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH A PERFECT 10 ! The entire transaction took less than 90 minutes and I was on the way home. FCA builds world class vehicles.. I have owned many. The Redeye is 797 Horsepower and state of the art. The INSANE FCA rebate of $10.00 PER HORSEPOWER saved me $7,970.00 !!!!!!! Buying a vehicle should be a pleasant experience, it always is for me because I go in with a good attitude. I read reviews and people have unrealistic expectations from car dealers. My advice is put your best foot forward when you walk through the door and see how much better it is. More
Horrible Customer Service Arrived at Arrigo to test drive and with intent to purchase the Hellcat Charger. Was approached by Joel “Joe” Tamez. I respectfully asked if I may Arrived at Arrigo to test drive and with intent to purchase the Hellcat Charger. Was approached by Joel “Joe” Tamez. I respectfully asked if I may test drive the Hellcat and was told “ we can’t let any 19 year old just come in and test drive a 700 HP car” (while I am no stranger to fast cars as I am a owner of a R35 ... I am well over 19 years old). Being to the fact that I am in the Automotive Industry I found this to be very disrespectful and distasteful. As a salesperson, you should treat everyone equally and if someone shows up for one of your higher end vehicles ..... the last thing ANY salesperson should do is to attempt to discourage or downplay an individual. However, this experience ended up being a blessing as I decided to take my business elsewhere and thanks to University Dodge in Davie, FL I got the car how I wanted with upgrades for a very competitive price. So in closing, management should truly enforce some training on how we shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. More

ARRIGO GAVE JEEP BACK TO ME AFTER ABOUT 10 DAYS IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. JEEP IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY SAID THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND I SHOULD JUST CONTINUE DRIVING THIS DEATH TRAP! WHAT NEGLIGENCE! SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE NOW. Service at Arrigo in Fort Pierce could kill you! I trusted this Fort Pierce dealership and I was sadly disappointed! I went to their night quick oil change facility. I asked for a simple oil c I trusted this Fort Pierce dealership and I was sadly disappointed! I went to their night quick oil change facility. I asked for a simple oil change and tire rotation, should be pretty easy. Well I have custom wheels and tires on my jeep, which is brand new and even purchased from their dealership. The guy who worked on my jeep forgot to tighten all the lug nuts!!! I had them fall off. The ones that he did remember to attach on the back tires where over tighted by 3 times the recommend torque. Plastic caps on the wheels where put on by an impact wrench. Lug nuts were stripped and locking lug inserts were stripped. When you go after 5PM, you get the worst guys possible working on your vehicle. My advice, DO NOT go there after dark, you will be sorry!? More

He walked up slapped down 3 different estimates on our trade. When questioned about certain things he became defensive and would cut off all questions we tried to ask. He talked over us to the point of raising his voice. The salesman was clearly embarrassed. When he left we requested someone else because he was downright hostile with us. He came back to the table with an even worse attitude and we got up and said we wouldn’t be treated this way, where he answered “Good! leave!” We went to Sunrise Ford to make our double deal and couldn’t be happier. Arrigo.....get rid of this man or you will lose all of your customers. He’s an angry man who needs no customer contact! More
Service nightmare I have been dealing with Arrigo for several years, even bought several vehicles from them. In other words, a loyal repeat customer This time howev I have been dealing with Arrigo for several years, even bought several vehicles from them. In other words, a loyal repeat customer This time however, I am extremely upset with their service department. 5 weeks ago I took in my truck for a minor repair. The service manager advised to flush the brake system and replace the brakes. I had them do that. It took them 2 weeks to get to it. When my wife picked it up, she drove it for 5-6 miles, and clouds of smoke erupted from the rear brakes. It was so bad, the truck had to be towed in. 2 weeks after the incident, I was told the rear calipers were stuck. Note that this problem did not exist prior to me taking the truck in. I told them to go ahead and replace the calipers. Its now a week later (total of 5 weeks since dropping the truck off) and the work still has not been done. The service advisor certainly does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling as to when this work will be completed either. Lots of excuses. He did say a week ago that the parts were in stock. In the years I have been dealing with Arrigo, I have never come across such lousy service. Maybe time to change dealers grrrrrrrrrrrrrr More
