Still Waiting I made an appointment several days in advance and took my car in at 9:30 am. That afternoon the service department called and said the car would not be ready that day. The next day they called and said they needed to replace the battery before they could diagnose my car. This meant my car sat for 24 hours before they even began working. They said the diagnostic equipment would not work with the current battery status. Personally, I do not believe the battery was bad and that their equipment would not work with the current battery. The battery was less than two years old and had been checked and verified ok less than one week previous. Since I think the needed work will be covered by my Chrysler warranty, I felt that I had no choice but to have the battery changed. More

Second, Arrigo responded to my questions in the most timely manner when I had contacted several dealerships about purchasing a very hard to find vehicle. They were very helpful throughout the purchasing process and even after the purchase had been completed. Jim Saunder and Amanda (sorry, didn't get last name) were very helpful in providing additional pictures, vehicle information, and answering any questions I had. They used personal connections to assist me in finding a shipping company and were very quick to answer texts and calls even on personal time.
