Joel was busy with another customer so Carlos was my salesman. He was ok. Thick accent but we go through it. I feel that they could have done better with my rate and monthly payment because of my credit salesman. He was ok. Thick accent but we go through it. I feel that they could have done better with my rate and monthly payment because of my credit score but I needed a vehicle. Was kind of upset that they didn’t include carpets for my purchase but all things considered I’d recommend them More
