Charged for dioneise and part and problem still exists. Had to pay part and labor and now you want me to pay for another part and labor, another $700. And 2 hour labor charge. Asked them to check if battery was charging and you put a new battery in without calling me and charged me $400. Not good customer service. More

Very poor parts dept my parts came in a separate order on different dates My parts order by Chirs Bania was correct and precisely what I needed the parts dep neglected to check that all parts were delivered different dates My parts order by Chirs Bania was correct and precisely what I needed the parts dep neglected to check that all parts were delivered to complete the repairs instead I was told some of the parts ordered for my car were shipped to a dealership 15 miles out, postponing regarding my car, why not retrieve the parts from the other dealership instead of waiting 4 additional days to complete my car repairs More
