I've always liked dealing with Arrigo for my car services. They are quite friendly and transparent about what the car needs and don't try to make you pay for more. Arrigo was a very good sales experience. Unfortunately my new Jeep has been back 3 times. The front bumper cover will not stay on. The right edge detached. Arrigo has been very responsive and diligent in response. The underlying parts have been adjusted and replaced. I understand that it has been reported to Chrysler, but no resolution has been reached.
