I got to service center early and was taken care of promptly, went to the customer waiting area that was very nice. When my vehicle was ready, My service advisor Dan came and got me. Extremely poor service. This is the first time I had my vehicle back the same day. It normally takes 7-10 days. I realize they cxl your appointment and reschedule it when they have time to work on it. I will be canceling my extended warranty next week. This is the WORST service for a vehicle EVER. THE PEOPLE are nice and friendly but the actual service is HORRIBLE. IF I ever buy a dodge vehicle again, I would NEVER give this location my business again. I spent almost 100k on a vehicle and the service is the WORST EVER More
