Back in November/December 2023 my husband and I stopped by the Arrigo CDJR dealership where we met our salesman, Calvin. We looked at a Jeep Compass which we almost bought but with further discussion decid by the Arrigo CDJR dealership where we met our salesman, Calvin. We looked at a Jeep Compass which we almost bought but with further discussion decided it wasn't the right vehicle for us. Fast forward to about the end of January early February 2024 Calvin called us to follow up, check on us, and relayed the new rebates and cars he had on the lot that might fit us. We told him we weren't in the market and to check back in a few weeks. As you could assume weeks go by and we received a call from Calvin with new information and a friendly check in. Our response was still the same. So I would say a little over a month went by and last week we received a call from him and we told him we would swing by on Monday (today) and check out a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He knew our situation, he knew what we wanted and he had a Grand Cherokee pulled up waiting for us when we arrived. Long story short, we ended up buying a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee today all because of Calvin's relentless help and effort. Throughout this whole process we never felt bothered by him from the moment we left the dealership back in November/December 2023. We always felt warm and thought of by Calvin and that is why we continued to keep in contact with him because you don't find a lot of salesman out there that are looking for your best interest or there to give you the most personal advice. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for either a used or new car to please get in contact with Calvin at Arrigo CDJR in Fort Pierce. You will be happy and have such a smooth process. Told me everything needs to be replaced, pads, rotors,calipers to the tune of $3,300. First of all , just because my brake pads are getting thin, doesn't mean that rotors and calipers need to be replaced. I have some mechanical background and have worked on many of my vehicles, and don't appreciate a dealership that tries to take advantage of customers, trying to sell service that is not necessary. I will NEVER do business with your dealership. I have tried to convince my 92 yr old grandmother to bring her Chrysler Town & Country to your dealership, and she would rather drive 40 miles South to another dealership, because of past experiences she has had with your dealership. You Service Department has lost any chance of me doing business with you, when I came in for a simple re-call notice. More
