The sales person that worked with me was great. None of what I'm about to say is his fault. I felt the deal I received wasn't what was promised by managment. Instead, I received 3500 under the real value of the car. I know its over and I can't go back. The deal is done. I feel massive regret but I have to live with it now. My parents were customers before and they didn't even give me the relative discount. So. All in all, they didn't back up their promise to give me the value on my extremely well maintained car, and I paid more than other dealerships close by for an inferior jeep. I also felt pressure as I didn't have my keys on me during negotiations. Looking back I wish I could undo the deal and drive away. I recently have been through a lot and this just adds to the stress in my life. I probably won't come back. I do like the salesman who helped me, he was a nice guy. More
