I had an appointment for service. Took them over 3 hours for an oil change. Unacceptable. I could understand if I didn't have an appointment and was a walk-in, but I wasn't. If you're Took them over 3 hours for an oil change. Unacceptable. I could understand if I didn't have an appointment and was a walk-in, but I wasn't. If you're short-staffed, don't accept the appointment time. The service manager was apologetic and didn't charge me for the service due to the excessive wait time for a simple oil change. I applaud him and his efforts to make things right. More
