The service department was trying to charge me two hundred fifty dollars just to open the box. On top of an additional charge for the diagnostic. Went to pick up my vehicle to take it elsewhere . When they gave it back to me, they had parked it under a tree For a week out back So it was covered in leaves and lawn degrees. It was so bad it looked like my vehicle had been sitting there for years. More
Mr Loomis, Axle and Mike in finance were terrific. Such an easy and enjoyable process! Such an easy and enjoyable process! More
Communications were lacking at first and upon initial arrival had to wait for something new to check me in. Work performed seems to be a good quality. arrival had to wait for something new to check me in. Work performed seems to be a good quality. More

The opinion Very happy with the Jeep I bought. But at delivery, it had only one set of keys. Carlos referred me to someone above him to discuss. The opinion of dealer management was basically tough luck. I purchased a “used car” and if I wanted a second set, I would have to buy them. I had been told it was a leased car returned at lease end, which was one reason why it was kept in such good condition. Since leasee is responsible for all damage, shouldn’t he have been charged for losing a set of keys? Management decision was since I didn’t specify two keys, ai was out of luck. REALLY? I didn’t specify it would have four wheels and tires. I just expected it would. I expected it would include two keys. So apparently I am stuck with having to pay several hundred dollars for a second key, because I didn’t specify that before delivery. When I first left the dealership I was very happy with my new purchase. When I returned the next day to return the “second key” from my trade-in, I left unhappy after being told the new purchase would include only one key. Seems rather petty to me! More

Had me drop off the vehicle and 3 days later, had not looked at it. Absolutely ridiculous. If they can’t see the vehicle, why do they have you come and drop it off. We’ll never go back. looked at it.
