Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM West Palm Beach ripped me off and ruined my convertible top and broke my a/c. In July of 2019, I took my car into Arrigo to get my 2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertible window fi off and ruined my convertible top and broke my a/c. In July of 2019, I took my car into Arrigo to get my 2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertible window fixed. The window was not going all the way up and would go up and down on its own when I closed the convertible top. I took it in and was quoted $1400 and gave them the go ahead to proceed with fixing it. When they told me the repair had been completed, I picked the car up and noticed that the window was acting up the same way it was when I brought it in. Come to find out, they had 'fixed' the wrong window and I had to bring the car back again to get the correct window fixed. Even though they accidentally fixed the wrong window without my authorization, they still charged me for the part on that wrong window. Not only did I have to bring the car back for the original problem several times, but the gasket around my convertible top got damaged in their repair processes. I had to buy a car cover to keep water from coming into the car. Two years later in July, 2021, the original problem is still not fixed. I told them how the roof leaked and how the window was still not going all the way up and would go up and down on its own when I closed the convertible top. They 'fixed' it again because it was still under warranty, but refused to address the leaking gasket. This time, in the process of fixing the Sebring, my a/c fan stopped working. They refused to even look at it without trying to charge me a diagnosis fee, to see if something that they had done was responsible for the a/c fan not working. Lillian Munoz (Service Advisor) was yelling at me and told me "She knew that I would be a problem." Robert Corman, who I eventually got on the phone after about 50 phone calls, acted as if he did not even know that my car was back into service again, even though he approved the work order to fix my car a final time, refused to come out of his office to even address this issue or apologize for taking two years to fix the original problem. If you have an older model Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, take my word on this matter, DO NOT LET WEST PALM BEACH CHRYSLER, JEEP AND DODGE ATTEMPT TO FIX IT. The original problem may not get fixed and if while they are attempting to fix your original problem, happen to break or mess something else up, they will attempt to charge you to fix those issues too, deny that they had anything to do with the new issues, refuse to refund your money, avoid your calls and will basically tell you to come get your car and fix new issues on your own. Before I went to Arrigo, I had a brand new convertible top put on the car, and never had any problems with the car that was my mother's car that only has 71k miles and was garage kept. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CONVERTIBLE SEBRINGS TO THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY FIXED YOUR PROBLEM OR NOT ONCE THEY HAVE COLLECTED THEIR MONEY, AND WHILE THEY ARE RUMMAGING THROUGH YOUR CAR TO FIX THE ISSUE, IF THEY BREAK SOMETHING ELSE, THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND TELL YOU TO GET LOST. My third attempt as a first time Arrigo customer failed miserably. The first time I called the Arrigo service department they answered 'Hi, this is McDonalds' and laughed on the phone at their joke. On miserably. The first time I called the Arrigo service department they answered 'Hi, this is McDonalds' and laughed on the phone at their joke. Once past that confusing response I was routed to the parts department that wasn't answered and I hung up. I determined I would call and make an appointment to the Service department instead. The second time I arrived at Arrigo I was told they had to cancel the appointment because the technician had a family emergency. Which I understand, however a phone call would have been nice to keep me from driving 20 miles, a waste of time. I called back the next week and set new appointment for today and George was again my service rep. I told him I had a check engine light and needed someone to look at it. George said that he would charge me $170 to look at it and that charge would be applied to whatever repair was needed. He said they were busy and it would take two hours to take a look at it. I arrived at 830am for my appointment and I waited. At 1119AM I was texted a video from Anthony, the mechanic, and he said that the ESIM (Evaporation Sensor Integration Module) needed to be replaced and that everything else was fine. I texted back asking for a quote and ETA and received nothing back in reply. While waiting I looked up 3 videos on Youtube and saw that and ESIM took roughly 20 minutes to replace the part and also found the part at Advance Auto parts for ~$50. So I figured it would be a few hundred dollars for the fix. At 1230PM I still didn't hear back from George so I approached him and he asked me how I liked the video which was an odd question. I said I saw it and wanted to know what repair costs and when could it be fixed. He said that he didn't get a quote from Anthony, the mechanic, and he needed to go get it. When George returned he told me that the repair would be $550 and it would be an hour! I didn't think the price was reasonable based on what I learned was needed. He showed me parts at $125 and said that I had to be charged a two-hour minimum of shop labor which meant, from my math, that Arrigo charged a minimum $400 for all vehicle repairs. Also, having me wait till 2PM since I was there since 830AM was also unacceptable. Six hours for a 20 minute job. Really?!?! I asked for my truck back and told George I was very angry and frustrated and that I would not wait any longer. He got my truck back and reduced the charge of $170 to $140, which IMHO was just pouring salt in the wound of a terrible customer experience at Arrigo. In essence, I paid Arrigo to waste my time today. That's why I don't recommend Arrigo. More

Amazing Service,A special thanks, to John Marrero [ Amazing Service, A special thanks, to John Marrero [ service advisor] and Robert Corman [service manager]. I purchased my 2020 challenger from Amazing Service, A special thanks, to John Marrero [ service advisor] and Robert Corman [service manager]. I purchased my 2020 challenger from University Dodge [you can read my review of their terrible treatment of me on dealer rater also] in late May. There were several issues with the car that I expected them to repair as this was a new car and shouldn't have had the issues it did. Long story short university dodge, basically refused to acknowledge or do most of the repairs. After almost 2 months of getting the run around, I contacted Dodge corporate. On the same day I called Arrigo Dodge to speak to the service manager [Robert Corman] to see if they could possibly help me with some of the issues. Robert said he'd be happy to look at the car and see what he could do,so I made an appointment to meet with him. When I showed up for the appointment He promptly had the car put on a lift and took me into the service bay and we went over the issues I had with the car. He said some of the work could be done under warranty, but the other issues could be problematic do to the fact that they weren't the selling dealer. He introduced me to John Marrero and said he would handle things for me from this point on.I had at this point been contacted by Dodge corporate, who had agreed to pay Arrigo for the extra work. After a little back and forth Arrigo and Dodge worked out fixing the car. This is going to be a garage kept, weekend car. I was concerned about the repairs causing more damage than it fixed. I expressed my concern to John, who said they'll take good care of my car. John called me saying they had the parts to fix the car and asked when i want to drop it off, saying they would need the car for a few days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday, John called Thursday afternoon and said the car was ready. I picked the car up on Friday morning, John took me out to the car and went over everything that was done. I looked the car over, everything looked great.. I asked that the car not be detailed after the repair[ i was concerned about scratches in the paint]John said they didn't detail it as requested, John told me if there's any problems let him know. All the repairs done were done perfectly, I highly recommend Arrigo Dodge. I can't say thank you enough to John, Robert ,the guys that worked on my car and Arrigo Dodge. They were happy to fix what the other dealer stuck me with, and had no obligation to. Arrigo Dodge is lucky to have People Like John and Robert working for them. I will forever be a customer and tell everyone I know that Arrigo Dodge is the dealership to go to. Thank you all again, Keith Timmerman More
I took my jeep to arrigo for possible warranty work. They told me that there was a fee of $130 to diagnose the problem if it ended up not being a warranty issue. I told them to go ahead. They called and said told me that there was a fee of $130 to diagnose the problem if it ended up not being a warranty issue. I told them to go ahead. They called and said that they would have to do a total tear down of the transmission to do the diagnosis due to one of the errors.....4 hours @ $170/hr if not a warranted repair. I reluctantly agreed. A few days later I get a call that they didn't have to do the teardown because additional errors came up showing I needed transmission control module, speed sensor, etc and it wasnt covered under the powertrain warranty and would cost upwards of $3000. I told them to hold off. I looked up the powertrain warranty and found that the parts mentioned were indeed covered under the warranty and sent a text with a screenshot of the warranty page. They call me a little later (about an hour or more after I sent them the screenshot) to tell me that they found that most of the things were covered under warranty except for the thermostat and that would cost upwards of $400. I looked up the normal cost of this repair online and it was $130-$149, including parts and labor. I looked up the thermostat online and found I could purchase it for under $30. It seems this service provider is looking to gouge their customers however they can. More
