Within 2 minutes of driving into the service lane, someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. Utterly terrible service center. Per their service director they're two days behind. Don't expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner nor even looked at. They're running a part time service center and a full time parking lot. Hands down one of the worst experiences at a service center. They single handly make you reconsider owning an FCA product. No timely follow up from the service writers either. Surprised FCA still let's them operate. More
