The dealership went above and beyond with communication and the video and photo tools they use and share are super helpful and unique! I sold this car eight months ago to another dealership. Arrigo calls yesterday and texts that my car is ready. I called and all my info matched up, after being on hold for twenty minutes. I could have walk Arrigo calls yesterday and texts that my car is ready. I called and all my info matched up, after being on hold for twenty minutes. I could have walked in there and picked it up. I'm sure the current owner would be furious. I sold the car because Arrigo screwed the repairs up so much it would be considered criminal. I was a customer for over thirty years, but will never by a car from them again. The incompetence from this episode just confirms my decision. No call back from Arrigo to straighten out the issue. No shock there. More
