Horrible experience! Please be very cautious of bringing your car for service here. I brought my car in due to a check engine light on August 3rd took them a week to eve Please be very cautious of bringing your car for service here. I brought my car in due to a check engine light on August 3rd took them a week to even look at it because they are so backed up due to lack of competent help then $3200 later the light came back on a second, third, four and fifth time not to mention a new problem and charge each time my car being there for over a month. Getting a manager to take accountability is a joke and Rich who is the acting manager can make zero decisions on his own not to mention I never got a callback from his boss and when I did go back on a Saturday to retrieve my vehicle I had to pay a $500 additional charge, problem not resolved in fact new issues that I didn’t previously have, check engine light still on, my car was muddy/dirty and Rich couldn’t even get a hold of his boss or make any independent decisions. The only decent thing about this so called corporation was Carlos the advisor who tried to help and the Enterprise on site who has more competent staff than Arrigo. I was a loyal customer of Chryslers/jeeps for the past 10 years and I will never again buy from here or bring my car for service. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost if you can because they are unprofessional , incompetent and unavailable and unreliable DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ARRIGO! I don’t even know how they are still in business and functional they are so poorly ran! Do not buy from here or service here if you can help it! More
