I used to be happy with the service a few years ago but not so now. I bring all my vehicles that I bought at Arrigo which is 5 including the 2 I have now for routine oil changes. Years ago I was able to wa not so now. I bring all my vehicles that I bought at Arrigo which is 5 including the 2 I have now for routine oil changes. Years ago I was able to walk out a maximum of 1 hour waiting, now I go there and it’s at least 2 hours sometimes more. I like all the service advisors because they are always honest with me, it’s like they have their hands tied on the wait time now. Now I am being honest also. More

Brought vehicle (pre owned certified) in for an issue, paid $1200 for repair, received vehicle back with issue still existing (tried to contact same day and it took massive complaining to get a call back from service advisor) and quoted nearly $3k to repair issue again with no reasoning for original repair not working. Kept my money and did absolutely nothing to repair my vehicle. More
Worst service I’ve ever had, came in with 2 recalls 1 on the air bags, light was still on when I left. I told rep I had bad blend door actuator and was charged over 200 to trouble shoot, wanted to charge 90 the air bags, light was still on when I left.
