I’m still waiting on parts They didn’t fix my jeep the first time or the second time, and then completely ignored the back wheel well. I used to be happy with the service a few years ago but not so now. I bring all my vehicles that I bought at Arrigo which is 5 including the 2 I have now for routine oil changes. Years ago I was able to wa not so now. I bring all my vehicles that I bought at Arrigo which is 5 including the 2 I have now for routine oil changes. Years ago I was able to walk out a maximum of 1 hour waiting, now I go there and it’s at least 2 hours sometimes more. I like all the service advisors because they are always honest with me, it’s like they have their hands tied on the wait time now. Now I am being honest also. More
