Very misleading and dishonest, poor customer service and lack of professionalism. It took an outside management to help resolve our issue. I drop the car off at at 8:00 with an appointment. Get a call at noon that they can’t get to my car for 48 hours. Asked them why not make the appointment 48 hours later. Was told they can’t do that.
