Service Manager Tony Neterer was very honest and helpful regarding our fuel pump on our 2022 EgoDiesel RAM. Even tho the parts are not yet available for the fuel pump recall, Arrigo installed a new pump as regarding our fuel pump on our 2022 EgoDiesel RAM. Even tho the parts are not yet available for the fuel pump recall, Arrigo installed a new pump as ours was making a loud chirping sound. Being it is my wife’s daily driver, Tony and Arrigo did not want my wife to become stranded by a fuel pump failure. The nice thing is that they covered a rental vehicle while ours was in the shop. The other Dodge dealer that gave us the bum steer on the whole issue, couldn’t car less. Arrigo Dodge is our GO TO from now on. More

I didn’t get called to be told what was wrong with my Jeep. I had purchased a custom fuel door cover that was replaced without asking me. Terrible service and communication. On more than one account ive had to bring my vehicle here and eqch time it took 4 days for you to look at it to get a diagnosis. No one ever reached out i would have to call several times a day to just get an update. Each time i would call i was reassured that a service member was scheduled to look at it . This goes on gor 4 days that a servece memeber was supposedly scheduled to look at it. After it finally gets diagnosed im told that i need a new engine and that my exteneded warrantly will not cover anything. I had to call my warranty provider directly to find out that this was not the case at all. They needed to run a diagnosis to see how much of the damage would be covered. None of this information was relayed to me at all. Terrible communication. And if it were my business i would not make an appointment for a customer to drop theor vehicle off if i had absolutely no intention on even looking at it until 4 days later! Its really not that complicated to figure out why this might be frustrating for anyone. More
