My last service was horrible. I was scheduled for a recall only to rent a car for 2 hours to be told that my car was ready when I got there the recall wasn't fixed. For this visit Arrigo Jeep West Palm Beach would have received a better rating if they would have rotated my tires like I asked with my oil change.
