First and foremost, I believe that Arrigo does not care about the customer in the service department. I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude that a headlight bulb went out. I called them on the phone and asked for a quote to replace it. The quote was for $250 dollars. I made an appointment and waited all day for them to tell me it would cost $1200 because the light bulb was $700, and the front bumper had to come off to replace said light bulb. I denied the job and still had to pay a diagnostic fee. When I finally spoke to the service manager his attitude couldn't have been less caring. I asked why I had to pay for a diagnostic fee if you knew the light bulb was blown. His response was how would they know if it was a light bulb, it could have been the ballast or the bulb, which the ballast would be more expensive. So then why wouldn't someone just tell me right away it is an expensive job ranging from $1200 for just the bulb to over $1500 for the ballast. Because if that was the case, I would have never stepped foot into the service area at all. So down $250 I looked on YouTube thoroughly to see if I found a way to do it myself. Lo and behold I found a video. I removed the light bulb without removing the bumper. Took the bulb to the auto store and bought the same exact bulb for $145 dollars. Went home and installed it myself and it works just fine. So why would the dealership quote $700 dollars for a bulb and $400 for labor, and it cost me a significant amount less with some elbow grease to do it myself. That is the definition of screwing over the customer. I asked for a refund of my $250 and they basically said no. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE. More

I was greeted promptly by Christi Santoro, my advisor. The backup camera was faulty but not covered by certified used warranty. Christi looked at the history to see it had been replaced elsewhere before and under parts warranty. After receiving the original paper work copy from the other dealer to verify. My camera was replaced at no cost to me. Christi's job knowledge and professionalism rectified my concern. Her concern for my concern was beyond my expectations and showed me what a valuable asset she is to Arrigo in taking care a of their customers after the sale. I know good service and good service employees as I am a retired GM service employee of 33 years. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and back that up with my experience. It only has 24,000 miles, and the recall (suspension-related) was completed at 21,000 miles. • Neglected Service: It appears the vehicle alignment was not performed during the recall service, leading to the current tire issue. This is not a normal maintenance item that should have been overlooked. • False Promises: I was misled regarding price matching. Your dealership advertised a willingness to match competitor prices, but this was not the case when it came to tire pricing, specifically the advertised price at Pep Boys. • Deceptive Discounts: The advertised 15% service department discount for veterans and first responders is incredibly misleading. The discount apparently does not apply to essential services like tires and alignment. This feels particularly disingenuous. Overall Experience: These repeated incidents paint a clear picture of a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. The lack of transparency and willingness to address basic concerns is unacceptable. More

I expected to pay a reasonable price for OEM parts but 2.41 times more than the part is available for from Mopar and 1.64 times MSRP is a total rip off. Beware when you get a quote from this service department and I strongly suggest getting a price from someone else and compare pricing. Won't even get into the other part prices that I was charged on this repair but the extreme markup is similar. More
