The worst dealership experience in my life. Speed and quality was horrible. Snippet: Turned car in Feb 6th, waited 2 months parts and 1 month for repairs. once repairs were completed, had to turn my ca quality was horrible. I was waiting for my vehicle and she noticed as she was running around. She stopped and acknowledged me and asked how things were going. He is very professional and keeps me up-to-date on the status of my '14 Jeep SRT. THE BAD: Recently, my vehicle overheated. I was able to bring it in to Arrigo Sawgrass after reaching out to Alex Menet. He passed it over to the service technicians who found that the radiator has broken a leak. I advised Alex to please have it replaced and a couple of days later I had my vehicle again. Very unfortunately, after a couple of additonal days of regular driving, the vehicle overheated again. Needlesess to say, I was not happy. I did reach out to Aaron Mayfield b/c I believe it's something a service department (or any other) manager should know about. I reached out to Alex Miniet and he had me come in immiediately to take care of it with priority. Turns out the new radiator was leaking also. Not comforting, but it's been over a week now and it all seems to be driving perfectly fine again. LONG STORY (I know) SHORT: is that my car was fixed correctly and very promptly upon my returning it for the radiator problem a second time. I know that having problems with servicing an older car is not unique or unexpected. The difference is on how you feel treated and valued. In the 7+ years I've owned and serviced by Jeep at Arrigo Sawgrass, working with Alex Miniet and Aaron Mayfield has made my experience as pleasant as it can possibly be all things considered. It's got almost 100K miles on it and it drives like it did the day I bought it. Now, I feel like I don't have to worry about the added stress of wondering if I'll get a good advisor or the support from the dealer's service department management. I plan to keep the vehicle. I hope to not have any major issues with it either. But if I do, I will continue to work with this service team I've had the luck with in the recent visits. More
