Marqius was attentive to my concerns. He address them very professionally and kept me informed about the status of vehicle. Although I thought it was going to take a half of day to complete, but it didn’ very professionally and kept me informed about the status of vehicle. The service here is wonderful and hassle free. Alex was our rep and he was knowledgeable about everything that we were concerned about. I had a good service experience with Ashley. I gave 4 stars because I think they’re a little over whelmed and I wasn’t receiving prompt texts back. But once I was there they were quick to replace a batte stars because I think they’re a little over whelmed and I wasn’t receiving prompt texts back. But once I was there they were quick to replace a battery that had died on their lot over the week (warranty) and I was back on the road. They took a ride to see if I could duplicate my transmission problem but of course it wouldn’t. More
