Not sure if that is the case but if another dealer tried to fix the same problem first and couldn't and now we can't maybe there is more to it. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received but we feel we did try to accommodate you. We provided a loaner car at no charge. We diagnosed the issue properly (it does take time for us to do that - and even though you agreed to pay $110 for that we did not charge you). It was the radio that was causing the draw on your battery and not the TIPM, and your bill for all of that was $31 and change and that was for an oil change.
