I would like to bring an issue that has failed to be resolved since December 17, when I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for service. I had made an appointment with Mr. Frank, my service consultant, a week resolved since December 17, when I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for service. I had made an appointment with Mr. Frank, my service consultant, a week prior and explained that the car needed the visor to be repaired, the radio needed to be checked because it would turn off on it own and I had previously reported this, and the rear window, which the defrost is not working and it was previously serviced but it was not repaired, the defrost did not work after the initial service. I was told by Frank that the car would need to be left in the shop for 4-7 days, so I dropped it off on December 17. Days went by and no one, not even Frank called me to give me any update on the status with my jeep. Finally on December 27 I started calling but I was not able to reach Frank. I left several messages but did not get a call back. I also called the service manager and he did not return any of my calls neither. Finally on January 5th, I went personally with my husband and talked to Frank. I got excuse after excuse why nothing was done with the car and they asked me if I can leave it for another few days and that they would take care of it and call me on January 11th or 12th the latest. I called on the 11th since no one was giving me any sort of update again and no one returned my calls. I again went personally on the 17th at the direction of customer service, since Mr. Frank was not returning my calls. When I arrived, Frank said "I have not received any of your calls". I really hope you are able to track calls to verify this. He then told me that the service department did not have the piece for the visor and to just put Tape or Velcro to hold it together. And that the Radio and Rear window did not have manufacturer authorization and that they are behind 4 weeks in service. I called the text message service again that the manager told me to use on January 21st and the 22nd and no one returned my calls or texts. I only got a call from Nicole to evaluate the service received from Mr. Frank, which was horrific so far and she said she would speak with Frank so that he can call me with an update. All Mr. Frank did was send me the following text days later on the 27th "Mrs. Bravo, no updates". I have own cars from Nissan, Honda, Kia, Acura, BMW and this has been the worst service I have ever received from an auto dealership. I will be writing a letter to Jeep Corporate and any Board Member I can find info on. I plan on escalating this issue to the highest leadership in Jeep/Chrysler. I hope you are able to help me and please make sure I don't have Mr. Frank as a service representative again. He has had plenty of chances to correct his errors, which he has failed to do. As for the manager, as they say "your staff is a reflection of your leadership". I sent this comment as an email to each of the representative involved and online customer service ans still waiting for some to help me. More
