Terrible experience. Dropped car on wed. No returned calls or emails for 3 days. Finally on Saturday I needed my Jeep back. I went to service dept. service manager Chris was no where to be found. Key calls or emails for 3 days. Finally on Saturday I needed my Jeep back. I went to service dept. service manager Chris was no where to be found. Keys could not be found and to top it off. 3 1/2 days with my vehicle and they HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT!!!……Just a “sorry about that”. Last time I ever go here. Nobody knows what is going on. Would give zero stars if option was available. More

To everybody out there,My husband and myself came into To everybody out there, My husband and myself came into this establishment. We bought our jeep here. We are getting an oil change and are going to wa To everybody out there, My husband and myself came into this establishment. We bought our jeep here. We are getting an oil change and are going to wait for our truck to be ready. We approached the coffee machine and the manager,Giancarlo serrano suddenly appeared. He asked us if we wanted coffee and we said yes. He said let me serve you and he offered all the options that they have and asked us what we like in our coffee and he literally made the coffee for us put the ingredients like sugar and cream and delivered it to our seats in the waiting area. Really? That never happens, I would have thought. But it did and he was a superstar when it comes to guest service. I can tell you that if you come in here, you will be treated like a diamond in the rough! I recommend doing business with jeep of Sawgrass!! More
