WhenI made the appointment over the phone, the woman said she would email confirmation but never did. When I got there, adviser told me had to make an appointment for that. He couldn’t do it. Said all he could do was oil change and tire rotation. Why would I make an appointment to then go to the dealership and make another appointment for another day. Obviously, they think people don’t work. Will be telling everyone one I know to avoid this place. More

I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off on a Sunday night for a 730am appointment due to warning lights coming on and transmission not shifting. I had not received a call Monday morning, so I called to confirm my 730am appointment due to warning lights coming on and transmission not shifting. I had not received a call Monday morning, so I called to confirm my Jeep was going to get checked out (930am). They still hadn't taken it back yet. I called back at around 1 PM and was told they are still trying to diagnosis wha the issue was. They hadn't gotten to the transmission yet but probably wouldn't get to it until tomorrow but should know why the ABS, Traction Control and Brake Warning lights are on later today. I asked that they call me back later that day with an update. 6PM rolls around and no phone call with an update. Monday over. Called Tuesday morning to get an update, and was told my Service advisor isn't available as they are doing there opening routines and they would have him call me back. (I have no clue what that is and at 930am they should've been well past an opening routine). That wasn't a good enough answer, I said transfer me to him as i've been waiting on a call since yesterday. Phone then got disconnected. I called back several more times and finally someone said they couldn't transfer as the transferring calls wasn't working (must be a phone issue). I was told an email would be sent to him. a few minutes later I get text from Eric the service Advisor that is about as easy to reach as the President, saying: The Transmission hasn't been diagnosed as it's not a quick process. At that point and with that answer I had it. I said I understand that but what about my other issues? I'm losing my patience at this point. Call me! I finally receive a call about an hour later, and i said so whats up man whats going on with the jeep? He said well it could be a module or a pump and it is the ABS module and I don't have an update on the transmission. I said well what the cost for the ABS module then? He said well it could be 1500. I said WHAT!!!? 1500 for a module? he said well for yours it'll be less. I said, man listen stop with all this what i the bottom line cost for module to be replace, (meanwhile I am googling the price and found several for 130-150 bucks. He said well to get that done it would $775. I said..WHAT!!?? Dude I found one from MOPAR OEM for 150 bucks! He said well ours are $300 and about 400 in labor. I said bro you guys are crazy!!! I told him stop don't do anything further on my jeep. Im picking it up. I showed up and the one good thing they had done, was have my Jeep outside waiting. Mind you still had the dirty paper and plastic cover on the seat, but at least it was ready when I got there after waiting a few minutes for him to find my key. This dealership is crap. My wife reminded me of all the issue we had with them many years ago when we had bought 2011 T&C in 2012 and how their service sucked so bad. Stay away from this place at all costs. I will never set foot in another ARRIGO dealership for anything. More
Giancarlo was honest and gave a great effort in helping me. I will keep him in mind in my future car buying and, May, even upgrade my opinion of this dealership. Which is low at this time.
