Won’t replace a battery that is under warranty Won’t replace my car battery that has a mopar warranty of 36 months on it .. I pulled it and took it in for what should have been nothing more then a Won’t replace my car battery that has a mopar warranty of 36 months on it .. I pulled it and took it in for what should have been nothing more then a easy swap!!! But nope not here guy said my car warranty is up and I should buy another one ?? Yeah but my mopar battery clearly says 36 months on it .. then says we’ll then you need to tow the car here !!! and oh well won’t be today because the battery tester is working today( like a ship like this only had one) they don’t want to do work here just sell you xxxx and take your money!!! Never come here if they lie over a simple battery that has a warranty stamp on the side of it...image what they will do over something more serious.... good help is hard to find these days More

I recently bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee from the dealership and was having issues with my air conditioning system, Alana not only walked me through everything but made sure that my issues were fixed as soon as possible and that I had a rental while my car was being fixed. If it wasn't for Alana my car issues would have been a disaster, she is the only service member I would EVER bring my car to!! Always ask for Alana!! More

Frankly deceitful!!!! I purchased a Grand Caravan in 2014.Yesterday,i found out my van WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE SPARE TIRE.I reached my salesperson DON W. who redirected t I purchased a Grand Caravan in 2014.Yesterday,i found out my van WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE SPARE TIRE.I reached my salesperson DON W. who redirected to me to another guy who simply told me he should have told me then WHICH HE DID NOT!!!I had such an aggravation when I found about just when I needed it most.I exited the dealer explained that I had to buy an inflatable kit ,almost 300 $,AND pay extra for installation.This is really outrageous! !!!!
