Had an appointment for my car for service (made 3 days prior to appointment) Dropped car off at 8 am, was told we'd get an email or text with a diagnostic. ZERO communication. Said she messaged us.... That was an outright lie. No emails no texts, nothing! WORST SERVICE EVER AND TERRIBLE ADVISOR!!!! More
