I brought my car to this dealership because my car was leaking fluid. The car was brought to the dealership the Friday before thanksgiving. The advisor that was assigned to me said my car would be looked leaking fluid. The car was brought to the dealership the Friday before thanksgiving. The advisor that was assigned to me said my car would be looked at in 5-7 days. So I had to pay for rental, the dealership did not offer one. During this time my advisor did not communicate with me about updates. So I reached out to him for an update but he could not provide one. I then called to complain to a manager and she stated it takes at least two weeks for the car to be diagnosed. So I had to extend my rental even longer. During this process I had to keep reaching out to the advisor Miguel multiple times because he was not providing any updates. Once the mechanic diagnosed my car he said the issue was a coolant leak, the part was not at the dealer and needed to be ordered. The advisor could not give me a definitive answer on when the part would be in and the car to be completed. So I had to extend my rental again. Once the part came in, while repairing the hose the mechanic broke another hose. That part and labor was charged to me. After this was completed I went to pick up my car. Once I was in the car I noticed my tire pressure was low, usually the dealership puts air in the tires and they failed to do so this time. I also noticed my check engine light was on, my ac did not turn on and the mileage on the dashboard was flickering. These were not an issues before dropping off my car to Arrigo. I contacted Miguel, he seem to not have a sense of urgency for me because he continued to state that a mechanic may not be able to look at the car that day. I still showed up to the dealership around 12-1pm. Another advisor, I believe his name was Anthony, he started the ticket to get a mechanic to look at my car because Miguel was at lunch along with the manager Nick that he informed about my issues. I sat at the dealership until closing time before other associates came to ask me what I was waiting for. They then took me to Miguel who told me the diagnosis of my car again. And he let me know that they do not have the part again and it has to be ordered. I told him that my car did not have those issues before I brought it to Arrigo. He said that he would speak to management and let me know what they said, he never gave me an update on that. So I called Arrigo and was connected to the service director, I informed her of my issues. She ensured me that she will look into it and give me a call back. She has not done so as well. Arrigo has been giving me the run around due to lack of urgency and lack of communication. I even let my advisor know that after the coolant was fixed, that my coolant temperature is high. I received no communication back from that issue. At this point I am frustrated because my car is still not fixed. Arrigo should be held liable for the issues going on with my car now. They should fix the issues and provide a rental free of charge until my car is back running. More

I everyone was nice, but I was there for the 2nd time for about 4 hours for a tire repair . That is why i never used my free oil changes there. It will definitely make me think twice to buy another car at t about 4 hours for a tire repair . That is why i never used my free oil changes there.
