I initially had a positive impression with the Arrigo Sawgrass dealership, but sadly they have become a big disappointment. I purchased a vehicle costing over $30,000 with high expectations. That is a co Sawgrass dealership, but sadly they have become a big disappointment. I purchased a vehicle costing over $30,000 with high expectations. That is a considerable amount of money and one would expect a thoroughly inspected and serviced vehicle for that. It turns out that they basically washed the car, put on some new wiper blades, and flipped it. Upon taking it to a local dealership, I learned that the brake fluid was nearly black and very contaminated, the fuel injection was way overdue for service, and the strut bushings were worn to the point of needing replacement. Maybe I am expecting too much for a $30,000 car to be made roadworthy before being sold. This was all discovered after I availed myself of the "free" oil change from Arrigo. On my way home my oil light came on, so I stopped at the first station to check it manually. The dipstick was BONE DRY. I put in a quart and checked again, and needed another quart to get it to an adequate level. That cost me $40.22. The next day at the other dealer, I learned that the oil filter was improperly mounted and was leaking. The oil had to be redone costing me another $245. My "free" oil change wound up costing $285.22. What a deal. The promise emailed from a manager to "make it right" has been followed up with deafening silence. The words ring hollow. I guess I owe Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sawgrass a big thank you for the valuable lesson. Never again, NEVER, will I trust a dealer to service and prepare a used car properly without a third party pre-purchase inspection to prove it. Beware of this dealer. They will not inspect nor prepare a used car for sale. They will not follow up with real customer service. They will smile and talk a good game, take your money and run. More

Now the customers are informed and have a chance.” This is a quote from a very successful retired South Florida dealer. I’m pretty sure as of last check your dealership was bleeding cash. Overcharging and burning your customer base is just going to run you deeper down the rabbit hole. Maybe put your greed aside and stop trying to take advantage of the community. You might end up with some goodwill. More
