I visited Arrigo Sawgrass after having a less than pleasant experience with Arrigo West Palm Beach. I should have learned my lesson but I had hoped that new people would turn a prior nightmare into a pleasant experience with Arrigo West Palm Beach. After all, the up to $8000 over book value or double your down payment sounded too good to pass up. Boy, I was MISTAKEN! They had a car that fit my needs but I needed to trade in my current vehicle. Edmunds quoted a "good condition" of my car as being worth $21,000 in trade. Carmax was selling my vehicle for $24,000 with more mileage. All I requested was $19,000 (the payoff) but was offered only $16,000! I was not offered "up to $8000 over book" and no mention of the "or double your down payment." My score of one on all accounts is derived from: Customer Service is non existent (was not willing to listen to customer or offering "TV ad promotion"), Quality of work was nil ( one-sided negotiations from sales manager), Friendliness stopped at negotiation table, Overall experience was very bad and insulting to my intelligence. and Price was very bad because trade was low balled and again, no offer of ad promotion. I had an amazing experience with Arrigo's customer service. As it turned out, my new car had an issue which I had them check out 2 days after my purchase. I didn't feel comfortable with a brand new service. As it turned out, my new car had an issue which I had them check out 2 days after my purchase. I didn't feel comfortable with a brand new car having issues and asked for them to replace it. They were beyond kind and made every effort to help me...particularly Ozzie. Because the color of car I had purchased with them wasn't available, they offered to either replace it with the the same model and package but in a different color or terminate the contract/deal if that is what I preferred. I opted for the former option and decided to look at the other color combinations. Ozzie was incredible in helping me. He has a sixth sense about what you are looking for and before I knew it, I was test driving my replacement car. If it wasn't for his amazing customer service I probably would have freaked out over this situation but he really went above and beyond the call of duty to see me walk out of there (again) with a huge smile on my face. I can not stress enough how great it was to work with Ozzie. He spent the entire day helping me exchange the car and was beyond kind. If you read this, just ask for him because you really won't be disappointed. More

I found the car we wanted in the online inventory of Arrigo and emailed our wish to have a test drive. Dan Welsh called us back within five minutes and set an appointment for the next day. Dan greeted us warmly when we arrived, and the car turned out to be just the one we wanted. We were able to come to an agreement for a lease and an equitable trade-in value for our car. We are five-time Jeep owners, and the Arrigo team treated us like one of the family. Mark Cerni in Finance and "Mark After Dark" in Customer Relations also contributed to a very positive experience at Arrigo. The dealership itself has a good reputation, a large selection of cars, and a staff willing to work with the customers. We would definitely return in the future. More

What can I say. It was the best experience I have had with a car dealer in a long time. I was in and out of there with a brand new truck in 3 hours. I did not want to go to the dealer because I knew it with a car dealer in a long time. I was in and out of there with a brand new truck in 3 hours. I did not want to go to the dealer because I knew it was an all day experience. This last trip proved me wrong. Arrigo has such a large inventory to choose from you do not have to worry about not finding the options you want. Igor my salesman. What a great and professional man. He greeted me at the door when I told him I was coming. He had a few trucks picked out for me to look at. Out of the trucks he showed me at first I could not find one that I wanted for sure. He took me to see another truck, I fell in love. We went back down to his office and spent very little time negotiating. I told him what price I wanted for it and dealed for 5 minutes and done. Signed and off to financing. This process was painless. With the deals and rebates that were offered we did have to haggle over the interest rate. Thank you Arrigo and Thank you to Igor for a great experience as a sales person. More
