All in all it proved to be a positive experience and I bought the Wrangler on Thursday and picked it up the following day. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Saturn Sky Redline. I'm 66 years old and have purchased my share of vehicles. I've always been suspect of salespersons, regardless of what they're selling. Dan Welsh. I live 1,500 miles away from the dealership, so my initial contact with Lt. Dan was by e-mail and telephone. He was always courteous and friendly, and never pushy. I'm pretty fussy, and Lt. Dan put up with my needs. He met every request I made. And I believe I got a great deal on the car. I highly recommend the dealership, and Lt. Dan Welsh in particular. More

After visiting several dealerships, Arrigo Dodge, was the best we found. Friendly customer service, clean, everyone greeted with an smile. As a salesman, John Blattner was great! I can't remember his name but, who ever he was, he was very rude. We told him what we were looking to buy and what we were looking to pay and he flat out told us "that's impossible." He was not willing to work with us in anyway and had no problem with us walking out. He didn't even offer us another option, such as leasing, which we ended up doing through another dealership. They obviously are more interested in keeping the car on the lot and getting as much money as they can from a customer instead of having a satisfied customer. More

There was no high-pressure, "do it now..or else" attitude, which would have encouraged us to visit another dealer. Steve always made us feel that he had our best interest at heart and that he would deliver the best deal possible. All other employees relevant to our purchase were also pleasant and helpful. We will be happy to recommend the Arrigo Dealership and Steve Rudnick to anyone. We look forward to returning to Arrigo for maintenance and future needs. Thank you all for a positive experience. More
Steve (sales) was great to work with over the phone/ net before I walked into the dealership. Prompt replies to emails and he made things happen. We quickly came to a great price and he had everything ready when I arrived. Easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. Dragon was great (finance). Very personable and a pleasure to work with. He sped us right through the paperwork. Mark (customer relations) was the best. It's obvious why they have this man working customer relations. Very knowledgeable and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. Cons: Steve didn't initially want to show me how to put the top down on my new Jeep. Really? He said "It's easy, just remove the windows and throw the top back. It's in the owners manual" I'm not asking for a run down on every feature on the car that I bought sight-unseen, just teach me how to properly remove the top so I don't damage the xxxx thing. When Mark was giving me my "exit interview" he asked if I had any questions. I mentioned that I would like to be shown how to properly remove the top and was taken aback when I explained Steve's glossing-over of the subject. I guess Steve heard him barking from the back of the showroom and Steve offered to show me how to remove the top on my way out. I'm glad he did. Overall these guys are very straight-forward and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. No need to be too wary of sharks here. Would buy from again. More
