A trip to a dealership to buy a car is usually about as enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. Sherry was one of the most pleasant car sales person that I enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. just came back from what seemed like an eternity of waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over 45 mins to be told by then service advisor (tommy lenci) that he would be with me in a minute as soon as he finishes with the customer ahead of me ........... needless to say that customer was done with and long gone , meanwhile im the only customer left waiting there while i witnessed 3 other vehicles pulled up and been attended too by the same advisor .... so im sitting thereas if im invisible .... xxx !!! this needs to be dealt with asap !!!!! Brought my jeep srt8 in for oil change. They rotated the tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fi tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt.
