Stranded across country ! I recently purchased a used 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Immediately I started having issues, the morning after I brought it home, it wouldn't start, I recently purchased a used 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Immediately I started having issues, the morning after I brought it home, it wouldn't start, I brought back to dealer which they immediately took into service. Car v was returned to me stating problems were fixed, was just a faulty wire harness. I expressed that I was leaving in a day to drive out of state with my family and I needed to be sure about vehicle. They said I would be fine, abd not to worry because I have a direct warranty from manufacture, should anything happen just go to a dealership ( jeep, Chrysler ), I'd have no problem. Well guess what ? Here I am 3 days later stuck in hotel with no warranty, and a car I can't get serviced. Stuck in PA More

Dishonest & Unscrupulous Agreed to purchase leased vehicle at end of term. Arrigo called and obtained the lease purchase price from the bank, then stated there would be a $599 Agreed to purchase leased vehicle at end of term. Arrigo called and obtained the lease purchase price from the bank, then stated there would be a $599 dealer fee plus tag & title, which I agreed to. The salesman then later comes back and says they have to charge another $500 just for the sake of it. I said no way and left. The salesman then called me and said they were going to waive the extra $500. So I get approval for financing with my bank and go in to do the lease buyout and Arrigo says that they will only do the buyout using their financing which is 2% higher than my bank. Very dishonest dealer and I will never go back there for anything. More

We discussed at lenght and looked at several vehicles that we were interested in. We choose a vehicle, an appraisal was begun with our old car. The offer was a little lower than an official estimate we had done. Igor, discussed with Manager and within 5 minutes a deal was done. Off to Juan, finance, where reality check kicks in, but he managed to make it as pleasent as possible with plenty of explanations. From there it was "Mark after Dark", customer relations. Very upfront and to the point. Having been there for a long afternoon, Igor offered to show us more details about the vehicle but I said I could figure it all out. Well needless to say that was wrong on my part, but a second trip back a week later cleared up a lot of questions.
