We are sorry we couldn’t help this customer. They leased this vehicle from another DCJR dealer 5 miles away from our store. We do not accept Credit Union drafts on vehicles we do not possess the title on (Ally has the title) because it was leased and that is what the customer wanted us to do. Normally we ask the individual to go back to the selling dealer because it is so close. We don’t like to have any unhappy customers but our policy dictated that we were unable to assist. The customer ultimately went back to the selling dealer and we believe got it handled so we are glad for that. Jim Doyle, GM - The Arrigo Sawgrass Sales Team

1. The Durango was originally leased at Arrigo in Tamarac, and was the only reason I went back there for the lease purchase. 2. Massey Yardley was able to do the lease purchase with my financing for $999, so the response comment from Arrigo is wrong. 3. After Massey Yardley did the lease purchase, I had them extend the warrant only to find out that the last time my Durango was at Arrigo for service the service manager messed up my mileage and added 3500 miles into the computer that was not on my vehicle. Massey Yardley had to call Dodge to correct the mileage error. Otherwise my original warranty would have expired months before it was actually due. This is a horrible, horrible Dealer.
