A surprisingly good car buying experience I’m from Miami, FL, but after visiting multiple local Dodge dealerships looking for the perfect Ram 2500 for me, I ultimately decided to give it a sho I’m from Miami, FL, but after visiting multiple local Dodge dealerships looking for the perfect Ram 2500 for me, I ultimately decided to give it a shot at Arrigo Sawgrass because of their better advertised price. I went in with no expectations because all of my previous car buying experiences had been very awful. Surprisingly, with Arrigo Sawgrass, every aspect of the buying process, from setting-up an appointment to look at the vehicle to actually leaving the place with the truck, was a very good experience. Although the advertised price wasn’t really the price (no surprise there) because it contained multiple discounts that are rarely applicable to every buyer, they at Arrigo Sawgrass were very professional in working on my deal and actually made me feel like I was sincerely getting the best they could offer at the time. All of them, Don, Dave and Mark aka “Mark after dark” were great; and “Mark after dark” was really the icing on the cake for me, as he was very humorous, yet informative while explaining the vehicle’s capabilities, warranties, etc. I’ll definitely be back to Arrigo Sawgrass and recommend it to all of my friends and family. Great Experience Buying the 2014 Dodge Durango My wife and I came in to Arrigo Dodge with the intent of purchasing a new Dodge Durango. Don W. was the dealer representative who met with us to g My wife and I came in to Arrigo Dodge with the intent of purchasing a new Dodge Durango. Don W. was the dealer representative who met with us to go over the SUV and took his time to answer the questions we had. He took us on a test drive of one of the Durangos on stock at the dealership. We were extremely satisfied with the vehicle and came back one week later to purchase it. The negotiation on the price lasted a few minutes as they came very close to the price we had in mind. We then met Marc in the Financing Department to set up the financing for the purchase of the Durango. Marc answered our questions and was very courteous to us when we needed time on our own to discuss the financing options presented to us. After we finalized the financing plan we met with Mark "After Dark" in the Customer Relations Department. Mark took his time in explaining the features of the vehicles and provided us the owner's manual and the keys. We wish him very well in his upcoming retirement. Don W. then met with us and took time to go over a few more items on the car before we drove off the dealership. We are very appreciative of the time and great service Don, Marc, and Mark provided us. More

Purchase of 2014 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler in April 2014. The sales and finance process were smooth and efficient. I had two problems right after delivery I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler in April 2014. The sales and finance process were smooth and efficient. I had two problems right after delivery of the vehicle - the roof leaked and there were stains on the fenders from the tire shine that was used on the wheels. Initially I was annoyed at the issues and the inconvenience of having to bring a brand new Jeep back to get it fixed, but Mark "After Dark" was incredibly helpful and made sure that the issues were resolved completely and that I was 100% satisfied. He stayed on top of the issues to make sure they were completed and informed me daily of the progress and how it was being rectified. I really commend him for his dedication to making sure that the customer is happy! More
