I've been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and i understand the importance of making customers feel welcomed. I Went to many ram dealerships, at some i stood in front of the empty greeters des and i understand the importance of making customers feel welcomed. I Went to many ram dealerships, at some i stood in front of the empty greeters desk, no one greeted me, even the managers where 10 feet away chatting about sports, definitely couldn't have been about business because there was no customers in the showroom. The ones that contacted me via email, i couldn't reach, voicemail full message etc.. where impossible to That wasn't the case at Arrigo Sawgrass, evey call I made was answered promptly, every time I walked into Arrigo Sawgrass I was greeted promptly and treated very well. I went out of my way to do business with Igor and his management team. Customer service so far has been perfect. More
